All services and products provided by Magic Makers Studio and The Magic of Santa® are custom-created and made specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final.
Session fees, retainers, and product purchases are non-refundable, but session fees may be applied as a studio credittoward a future session at our discretion.
2. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens — especially during the holidays. Clients may reschedule their session once, provided notice is given at least 7 days in advance.
If an unexpected illness or emergency arises, we will always do our best to work with your family to find another available time, even on short notice.
Our goal is to ensure every family enjoys their full Magic of Santa® experience without stress or worry.
If Magic Makers Studio must reschedule due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events, we will work with you to find the next available date that suits your schedule.
3. Product Orders and Delivery
All printed and digital products are custom designed, retouched, and ordered specifically for each client.
Once an order has been approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
4. Gift Certificates and Promotions
Gift certificates, promotional credits, and special offers hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
They may be applied toward future sessions or product purchases unless otherwise stated.
